What drum information is needed for a quotation?
Provide drum dimensions, weight, bitumen grade, required processing rate and photographs of the drums. Drum compatibility and handling arrangements must be confirmed.
How is melting capacity assessed?
Discuss the incoming drum temperature, discharge temperature, heating method and working cycle. Ask for output under the actual project conditions.
What installation information should be prepared?
Provide the site layout, lifting and loading arrangements, available utilities and downstream storage requirements. Confirm foundations and operating access before installation.
