How it works
A pump feeds binder from the tank through piping to the rear spray bar. Nozzle output and overlap, bar height, spray width and travel speed affect coverage and uniformity. For a fixed width, faster travel lowers the application rate if flow stays constant. Heating and recirculation are configuration-dependent and must suit the binder.
